In the last post we discussed how a community of readers gives new life to a blog. The great thing about blogs is that they can be about anything and it is a fresh perspective from outside the mainstream. Do you love to travel? Start a travel blog and it becomes your unique view on the topic. For this post I want you to pretend this is your blog. Write a post about a recent experience you had with something you have a strong opinion about. It can be negative or positive. Your post should be 6-10 sentences at a minimum. Compare and contrast what you are writing about with other things similar to your topic. For example: If you are writing about a record from a particular artist, compare it to similar artists or the artists earlier work. Same for restaurants, etc. See examples for ideas. The key is to be passionate

ReplyDeleteA Dog's Purpose
This movie is about a dogs perspective of life, the way a dog would feel with different owners. The dog lived in four different lives with four different owners. He had a owner named Ethan, they were very close. for the next two lives the only thoughts he had were about Ethan. So, on his fourth life, he had a owner who didn't want him and abandoned him; when his owner left him on the streets the dog has walked out of town and found Ethan's house. When coming to the end of the movie the dog played with Ethan when he realized that this dog had the soul of his first dog(his name was Bailey) so in this realization, they were both very happy.
I love travelling. I travelled with my parents during the winter break every years(because we had a month for winter break in China) since I was 7 years old. At the beginning, we went to some cities in China. Gradually, we started travelling to other countries to know more different kinds of traditions between different countries. Sometimes with my friends and sometimes just our three. I enjoyed everytimes I spent with my parents. Now I've already went 13 countries. Because we know travelling thousands of miles is always better than reading thousands of books. So I won't stop to travel.
ReplyDeletei love listening to all types of music espcially hip hop and R&B music. Ienjoy artist such as Pnb Rock ,aboogie, Beyonce, Lil uzi. Music helps me focus while doing homework and exercising. Music can give life , culture , and a purpose.

ReplyDeleteFirst off, there are a couple of similarities between these two. They both are busy cities, people have quite an attitude(not being mean or anything), the people love to eat in both and both cities are considered as fashion capitals.
Now the differences. The people have different states of minds and different personalities. For example, in New York, (this is my opinion don't get offended or anything) when you meet someone for the first time, you're friendly and open. In Paris, you're cold until you know the person better. At parties(or events), New Yorkers go all out and show they made an effort. In Paris, people dress really nice but are like "What? This little thing? Oh I just threw this together, no big deal!" but they know, it is a big deal.

This movie is about a girl named Moana traveling to save her called Motanui. She is friends with the ocean and her grandmother gives her hints that she is the chosen one. The movie Moana is better than Fronzen because Moana saved the ocean and her village while Elsa and Anna in Fronzen saved the Kingdom of Arendal. The movies are related because they save people.
MY Music review
ReplyDeleteI'm a type of person that loves different types of genera and songs. One particular song that is played on the radio 24/7 is T-shirt. T-shirt falls under the category hip hop and rap. This song popular towards us minorities. T-shirts is sung by a group called migos. This popular group creates catchy music that people can dance to or enjoy. I personally think the song is really good because it fun to dance to and it has a really catchy beat.
Drawing is my life and passion. Many books have taught me to increase my perspective of how to scale and view different things in my art. One of these books is pop manga by Camilla d'Errico. The first book introduces her ways in drawing different body types incorporating animals hair styles and more. She also made a second which really shows you how to use different techiqnes with copec markers and paints (even though I barely color my art). She also introduce other styles like to make clothes and backgrounds. I think the first book she wrote was much more enjoyable to me than the second because I think it cover more individual techniques on drawing things and the second is more like coloring than drawing techniques.

ReplyDeleteEvery since I was a baby I had a strong love for music. Growing up my cousins played various types of rap and r&b. My favorite rapper of all time is the Notorious BIG. Even though my cousins favored 2pac and only really played him I always found my way back to listening to Biggie. My favorite song by him is Juicy and I know all the words. When I become a mom I'm for sure going to play all of his songs when I get older, of course its going to censored.
