How we define ourselves is an important part of our identity. As we saw in our previous post, during Middle Adolescence teenagers develop an independence as part of distancing yourself from your parents. As Simon Sinek said in the video we watched, this independence allows us to "acculturate (assimilate to a different culture) outside of our immediate family and into the broader tribe" of the society around us.
So for this post list three things that you feel you identify with or define you and a brief description of what it is about it that you enjoy.
Example:
Rock music: I like it because to me it is rebellious.
Hip Hop Music helps me express my style and i love the way it sounds.

My family helps my figure out who i might bceome and who to become something im meant to be and they love me for who i am.
Dance: It describes me because dancing is creative, free, and expressive.

Food: It has different variety of styles and is unique like me
I identify with deceving because I sneak out of my house. I identify with rap musical because it is awesome and fun. I identify with money because it is spendible.

poetry : I like poetry because it soothes me and makes me feel better about the things I go through.

Cartoons: I need to still feel like a child even though Im growing up and samurai jack is lit
Blue Bloods: This show make me feel like a detective myself and it also relates to New York.

YouTube: I get to see what other people in the world do or what's trending in the world.
YouTube- it is because it keeps me occupied and I listen my favorite music from it

Episode app- keeps me occupied while I have nothing to do or when I want to zone out
(extra)Snap chat- it is because when I am bored I could take random pictures with filters
I love art because it is a creative way of expression through mouvments and colors.

Tennis:I like the feelings when I heat the ball. And tennis keeps me more spiritual.
